Allow object to be placed in water
This is very simple, but requires WinZip.
Make your object in APE as normal.
Save it
then unzip it with WinZip
Now go to the scenery\other\ folder
open the .ucs file
find the following line
[Member]
scenery
[Characteristics/Integers]
cFootprintX = 3
cFootprintY = 3
cHabitat = 9414
cHeight = 1
cHelpID = 6032
cNameID = 19000
cPurchaseCost = 65
cTimeInside = 0
cUseNumbersInName = 0
cUsedThought = 0
cUserStaysOutside = 1
At the bottom add this:
cSwims = 1
cOnlySwims = 0
That is it!!!
